Heated swimming pool access was a delightful bonus.
Our stay wasn't without frustrations. The elevator was a hassle, as it didn't reach our floor, making it incredibly tough to manage our baby stroller. I couldn't believe there were no staff around on Monday evenings. the hotel was practically shut down, leaving us stranded without help when we needed it. Overall, the lack of assistance and inconvenient access really marred our experience.

lovely, lovely, lovely
I loved my stay! The room I had was a Superior Twin Room with Lake View, beautifully lit and offering a amazing view of the lake right from my balcony. Dining at the lakeside restaurant was a highlight, with excellent meals that I enjoyed every evening, all paired with attentive service from the staff.

Spacious rooms with cozy beds and a stunning view of the lake create a memorable stay. The option for a heated swimming pool and beach access just across the road is a definite perk.
The breakfast selection lacked variety, with no hot egg options, and the only access to Lucerne required ferry rides, which can be infrequent. Additionally, the mattress configuration in the double room was less than ideal, leading to discomfort during the stay.

Family-friendly vibe, stunning views from the balcony, and excellent breakfast choices made our stay truly enjoyable. The welcome drink was a nice touch after our drive. We loved dining at the lakeside restaurant, with really delicious pizzas and amazing views of Lake Lucerne. The staff was super welcoming and made great recommendations for local excursions, including tips for visiting Mount Rigi. The only downside was the uncomfortable bed configuration. we booked a double room and received two single beds pushed together, which led to some discomfort during the night. Despite the inconvenience with the bed setup, the overall experience was fantastic.

A two-night stay revealed a beautiful lakeside experience, with exceptional attention from the staff, making every meal memorable. The breakfast had a delightful spread that included fresh fruits and homemade yogurt, while the restaurant offered delectable local dishes, including traditional cakes and exceptional pizzas. However, the room felt plain and lacked air conditioning, which was inconvenient during warm weather. Accessing the hotel with a baby stroller was challenging due to elevator issues.
